This medium can be used to isolate and subculture primary cells of MSCs from more than a thousand sources, such as hUCMSCs, adipose tissue (hADSCs), bone marrow(hBMSCs), etc., and maintains the potential of multipotential differentiation of cells. This product has no serum, no animal-derived components, no antibiotics, stable performance, and with little difference between batches.

Instructions for use

Additives are recommended to be thawed at 37°C, then added to the medium and mixed thoroughly to form a complete medium. It is recommended to prepare the complete medium immediately and use it up within one month (minimize the time of exposure to the air each time you take it, and seal it in time after taking it to avoid a rapid increase in pH). If the culture system is small, it is recommended that the additives be divided and stored according to the actual amount, and prepared in proportion for use, avoiding repeated freezing and thawing.
